Listener account suspended
Hey,my listener account was suspended,I was sent an email with some silly charges that I deny all, the email says that the members feel they are violated,I have never received a negative review from any guest or member,I believe this was an error,I believe this was unjust,and if there was anything wrong about me I demand you to investigate me

I'm ever so sorry that you feel that you've been banned unfairly, the quickest way to get this sorted out and to get your account back is to email community@7cups.com with a full account of what happened. Sharing your contact details in the forums compromises your anonymity, and is unlikely to be seen by community managers, but they wil definitely see your email, and be able to sort matters out in a non-public setting.

thanks for you response Lyra,indeed i sent them an email i hope they replay soon, I am worried about a listener who i should verify today I don't know how does he/she thinks about me now
@Hazem, I'm sure they will reply soon, they really do care, but the high volume of emails received means it might take a day or two. The person you meant to verify will understand that this was out of your control, please don't worry about that

That's horrible Hasem, do you know the reason why?. You might want to email or talk to the moderators about it.
