My favorite listener disappeared :'(
So a few months ago when I was felling really bad one listener really helped me. I went from being bullied by everyone to being one fo the most popular and liked people in whole school. And today, I figured out that it would be cool if I told her what situation I have right now. But unfortunately, I can't find her!!! Does anybody know what happened??

Hey there, lovely! First of all, a massive thank you for making this post, it's absolutely heartwarming to see what a difference this person has made to your life - they must be an incredible listener, and it's beyond sweet that you want to get back in touch with them.
If you go to your My Progress page, you'll be able to see the complete list of all the listeners you've exchanged messages with. Your listener may have had a name change while you were away, so it's worth checking the profiles of anyone you don't remember.
Some listeners choose to deactivate their accounts so that they can take a break from helping and come back fully refreshed, so your listener may be on a break or have chosen to leave 7 Cups. In some cases, listeners' accounts will be put on hold if they are found repeatedly breaking the rules.
I'm afraid we can't share the name of any listener that we talk to 1 on 1 (and vice versa), but I really do understand how horrible it is when you go to talk to someone and they've disappeared with no way of contacting them, but I'm afraid that there's nothing anyone can do while the person is away from the site.

Thank you for replying to my post! Unfortunately. I've already checked My Progress and I can't find her account. However, I've looked at the people I follow and she is actually there. the problem is, when I click on her profile nothing shows up, only the list of listeners available at the moment. I think she's actually deleted her account which is a real shame :( Hopefully she comes back sometime soon...
I have to say it again here: I'm so, so thankful that this site has been created. It helped me in making amazing progress in my life and truly changed me for the better. If anyone who's having problems is reading this, don't worry, you are going to get the help needed on this website. Trust me, it is just amazing and really, really helps!
I would like to say, two of all the listeners that I talken to, have disappeared too. They've helped me alot. By alot l, I mean by a hefty amount. Now that I try to get in touch with them, they don't seem to be here. I'm kind of sad because of that. I dunno where they are. I want to talk to them. :'(
@Aaddy, I am so sorry to hear that. I am sure they will be back with due course of time. Why don't you give another listener a shot. I am sure everyone will be ready to help. @colourfulSpring22 Thank you. I last talked to them sometime in June...I haven't heard from them since. I still message them everyday, hoping that would reply back. Someday. Perhaps, they will...
