Unban a listener!
I was talking to a listener and she is the best ever. EVER. I want her unbanned so I can talk to her. Someone reported her and I have no idea why. Please do so. Can someone help me and my listener through that!? Please..
@ifeelsadnowI am sorry to hear that she was banned. Even though the ideal situation would be that no one gets banned without a good reason, mistakes happen. For this reason, I would encourage her to send an email to community@7cups.com and try to explain situation and ask what happened, and expect a reply in up to 5 days. Our community managers get a lot of emails so it may take few days to reply to each, so I ask you to be patient. Our listeners are never banned if they have been reported without being given a chance to correct their behavior if the offense was not serious enough for immediate ban.
