Hello lovely, I'm ever so sorry that this has happened to you. You can find a form to leave a review of a moderator in the chatroom rules, and then mod leaders will see that and take the appropriate sanctions, and those are reviewed promptly.
Thank you very much for your commitment to making the chatrooms better places, and I'm again so sorry that you experienced sub standard moderation, believe me when I say that we hold our mods to high standards!

Hello lovely Tushar! Thank you so much for this suggestion, I can see that you're really dedicated to improving listener morale and rewarding great listening!
We do have a project already: ''Featured Listeners'', where listeners who go above and beyond are selected. They then answer a short interview, and the entire community is encouraged to congratulate them. You can see the complete list of Featured Listeners here.
This project seems to have gone on hiatus lately, but I'm sure a bit of resurging interest could bring it back!

I hope you found a listener to suit your preferences. A good way to find listeners who meet specific criteria is to use the Browse Listeners page. You can use the filters or do a keyword search to narrow it down to someone you think you'll be comfortable talking to.
This, for example, will list Listeners with the word 'Christian' in their bios. (Note it might also find people who say "Hi, My name is Christian")
