becoming a listener
Hi Im trying to become a listener. When I go on to the become a listener page it asks for my email and password. Date of birth. It says right under email that an email verification will be sent to me. At the bottom is a box asking for a verification code. I dont get an email and therefore cannot put in the code. Any help please. Thanks
Welcome to the 7 cups listener community! You may want to check that you are typing the email correctly, and you may also want to check your junk mail? It may have gone into the junk mail by mistake. If that doesn't work, you may want to try using another email? I hope that helped, have a nice day! :)
@powerfulJet5871--I'll tag @KrinkTheMellowUnicorn to see if they know what's going on. But, have you checked your advertisement/spam/junk folder?
you are getting good advice. check your junk / spam folder and if that's no help lease submit a support ticket and we'll get you sorted.
