I have PTSD and im Bi-Polar my mom died last May and its been tough but last week i found my best friend dead in her trailor imoverwhelmed and confused and i miss them both so much imafraid im gonna loose it i feel very guilty because i should have seen somethimg wrong with my friend i should have done more.im confused
