I'm glad you've reached out for support, here. You can, in addition to the solutions presented above, establish a long-term connection with a listener, via the Long-Term Support Program. This will enable you to receive longer-term support with the same listener, who will be able to regularly connect with you, in order to discuss your issues, and goals. Good luck.
