missing listener
ok so i chatted with a very popular listener quite a bit lately. i wanted to contact her again. now i cant find her on my column on the left that shows all the listerners youve chatted with. i searched for her profile. nothing. ive had two other listeners search for her profile. nothing.
what does this mean? did she set her account to private? assuming that such a thing is possible. does this mean she deactivated her account? i hope not as i need her special advice.
i fear she might have gotten rid of her account. i fear she might have gotten rid of her account because of me. i annoy people by accident. i dont mean to . maybe shes sick of me.
is there a way i could contact the administration over this? someone please tell me if this means she deactivated her account
Yes if a account is missing it means it has been deactivated.This may be as a result of her choice or due to a site ban/suspension.Please try not to feel it is your fault in any way.There are many reasons why listeners may choose to do this and they may come back at a later point.In the mean time there are many excellent listeners on the site who will be happy to speak with you.If it is very specific it may be worth making a forum thread in order to find one.

Hello :) From what you described, it does seem like this listener had her account either deactivated, or suspended. Sometimes listeners deactivate their account when they want to take a break, so it's only temporary. Whatever happened, I'm sure it wasn't because of you, though!
I'm not sure any information can be given to you about this issue, however, you could try emailing community@7cups.com nonetheless and see for yourself. Good luck :)

@christinaaa1992what do you mean? That all their conversations disappear? If so, then I think it happens when a member deactivates their account as well.

thanks to both of you miracle and barush. but i do think i might have been to talkative and too negative. so maybe i was a factor. i do that a lot by accident. (asperger's syndrome). and i fear maybe people tell me it wasnt me just to avoid hurting my feelings. anyway, if she was suspended i would like her unsuspended. she, like all the listeners, seem very nice and ive been having some serious problems lately. i did email asking like you suggested barush. thanks to you both. if she was suspended and someone in charge of that is reading this can you unsuspend her?
