Hi, lovely listeners! Just a reminder that in order to be on the patrol team, you need to have become a verified listener!
What is a verified listener?
A verified listener is a listener who successfully completes a mock chat with an experienced listener. It is our community's stamp of approval for members and guests.
How do I know if I am one?
You'll know if you are a VL if you have this check next to your username on your bio.

I'd just like to add that if you're a verified listener, you also have the Verified Listener badge in your list of badges.
