hi guys!! last time I did sh was 2 days ago, im really trying my best. I just haven't been able to quit fully. I know it isnt what I should be doing, but the addiction always gets me. I know I will get better, its just taking a long time and I was curious if there's anyone else here thats kind of one foot in one foot out
