Requesting 50+ old users for research participation
Hello! For those of you who don't know me, I'm the designer at 7 Cups. I create the web and app interfaces you use and interact with on 7 Cups. I have a forum I maintain here: https://www.7cups.com/forum/KitchenTable_133/AdamsLab_1760/. I use this to get feedback from the community on things we're working on.
We are looking to conduct research with our older adult users (50+ years old) to learn from you and help to make 7 Cups better for everybody. The research will look at a few current users of 7 Cups as well as a few people who don't currently use 7 Cups.
What we're asking from you:
1) If you are interested in participating in this research please fill out this survey. https://forms.gle/LHm2EueixvteuJ3a9. In a few days, if you are selected for the research we will email you with a consent form and a link to schedule a call with me. The call will take approximately 45 minutes. Your email address and any information you provide will not be linked to your 7 Cups account or activity.
2) If you wouldn't mind, could you please send this link to friends/family who are 50+ years old? We would greatly appreciate the ability to talk with folks who don't use 7 Cups as well to learn from them. https://forms.gle/LHm2EueixvteuJ3a9
If you are selected for the research (after filling out the survey) you will be awarded a $25 Visa gift card for your participation. We'll email you the gift card information at the completion of the research with you.

@SmileyPower If you know someone older than 50 who does not use 7 Cups, we'd greatly appreciate if you could forward the survery to them! If you feel comfortable with this of course. We really want to talk with both and people who do and don't currently use 7 Cups.

Hi, dont mean to be rude. but can anyone tell me how to switch notifications off. i keep getting messages from cups every single day and it is triggering my anger issues. please help.

I believe if you press on settings on the side bar and from there, scroll down to notifications, if you un-check either, or both of, "Teacup Reminders" and "Forum and Feed Posts" that may stop these bell notifications. Hope that helps.

under the 'orange bell' like icon. i cant keep getting these orange bells, Cups, any help? It is triggering VERY MUCH SO.
@brightStrings904 - are you in the app? the bell is on the website. in the app it would be in your notifications or your alerts.
