Requesting Feedback: Response Wait Times

Hello again! Your feedback for my previous survey was so incredibly helpful. An insight from analyzing the results: After 15 minutes of waiting for a listener, based on survey results, around 60% of users would have abandoned the chat request.
I have another survey to round out this study I'm working on to help improve the chatting experience and I'd love your feedback again if you have time.

literally a hit or miss. sometimes i get the second, other times o wait for hours and no one takes me, without me renewing my request
