how can i report a listener that has harrassed me??
the listener lied to me and insulted me and harrassed me, can you please ban her so it doesn't happen to someone else

You file a report using the block/ban buttons in each chat window. That would be the best way! We are so sorry about this! We will get this fixed for you!

You can also email 7 cups! Someone had 2 accounts and they blocked both. Perhaps they can tell which IP address they are using!
Blocking doesn't stop you from accessing the site.

Firstly, please can we ask that you don't include chat details in here - as listeners we don't disclose any chat details, and ask that you do the same - all chats are confidential, and are not stored, and so posting in the forums, chat content, is definitely against the rules. I've asked some forum mentors to remove the chat content!
However, I'm very very sorry to read what you've pasted, you shouldn't have been asked for your facebook, or made to feel uncomfortable in that way. If you've sent a report, which it looks like you have, then the listener will be dealt with appropriately by the Community Team, but trust me, posting the content here won't do anything...
Listeners who don't always follow the rules are fairly rare, and so please do try and connect with someone else, and I hope you have a better experience with other listeners.

In my experience, listeners who don't follow the rules and make people uncomfortable or depressed are NOT rare.
They are the majority.

On browser, there are buttons on the top of the chat window. The block button looks like an X.
On app, there's a button at the top with three dots in it. That will give you the option to block.
i had someone use this as a dating site and wanna report them for harrasment, they said they would only help me if i "dirty talked" with him
