I checked it out and definitely love how clean it looks! I like how everything is clearly "labeled" so even someone who is very new to Cups would understand what they are clicking on.
I love how the link to mentors is also becoming more accessible for Listeners 🙂 As QM, I have noticed that more new listeners have been reaching out to me asking for mentoring which tells me that the placement of links etc is definitely working! Awesome!
I love how the leadership roles information is on this page too!! I know a lot of people want to get into roles but don't know where to start. I will be sure to link that page to the thread that I wrote here . I know that @Tommy is doing an awesome job keeping this up to date too

@GlenM Hey, I love this update! This would help new listeners especially, in exploring the site and the activities and opportunities available here. I'd like to believe that this would lead to more leaders and more mentees! Will we be tracking the impact the new training page would make? Like tracking if there is a rise in the number of leaders after we have released this update. It'd be great to see the impact, it might just also give us ideas on what more we can do to increase this impact.
There is one concern/feedback I have about the new training page: I see that there are member roles on the leadership page https://www.7cups.com/listener/training/leadership/ but on the member account there is no button to get to this page and explore and consider the roles available to them. Can we do something about this?

I agree with Sun and Lou. Clean, well-organized, and the "Become a Leader" section is great, very inviting, all the relevant information there, easy to browse and understand.
This is so important, as we need more Listeners to become involved in Teams across all domains.
7 Cups is growing, has been adding and reinforcing Programs and Communities, aims for excellence, and all this requires a strong base of motivated volunteers supporting our Teams.
The "Become a Leader" box at the top page of the "Training" section invites all Listeners, new and experienced, to explore the roles that might appeal to them, with all the relevant information necessary to choose and join, that was previously scattered.
Also the "Mentors" and the "Academy" sections get a prominent visibility, very much in line with the drive to quality that is invigorating 7 Cups these days.

This is a brilliant and much welcomed update! The information is presented in a clean and easy-to-navigate format, and is less overwhelming than the previous design. This will be especially useful for new listeners to explore what 7Cups has to offer.
I particularly like the organisation of the leadership roles section, it clearly defines how one can contribute towards the supportive environment that has been cultivated here for years.
Thank you so much to you and the team for rolling out this update, I can tell this is going to go a long way in making 7Cups easier to explore.
Seriously why do people update things without notifying people first? What was wrong with the other format and can we change it back?

@kindSoul10 Hi Soul, you can still access those and the link is on the Path page (right hand side)
@SoulfullyAButterfly it's pretty much buried deep down some menus where I wouldn't expect it.
I'd suggest advertising it more prominently in the same hierarchy as the self help guides / training.
