The Listener Verifier Team is in critical need of coverage right now, and I would sincerely appreciate it if some of our past team members could hop back in to help us out. If it's been a while for you, don't worry, I can set you up with everything to refresh yourself on!
The Verifiers are essential to the listener journey, and the work this team does directly impacts the quality of support our members receive. I would be deeply grateful for your help right now. If you can pitch in, even temporarily, consider this a bat call!
Also urgently needed:
- Anyone who can onboard and train Verfiers
- Project Agents who can do little things like make the congratulatory posts and update the threads, too.
