Don't like the new change that dumps you into the forums page while waiting for a listener
Also, gone is the ability to cancel your request with a simple click AND the change to leave a message if the wait time is long. Like right now, I've been waiting almost 15 minutes to connect and no pop up window to leave a message. The "estimated wait time" I was given whenI first clicked "chat now" was 2 minutes. Go figure.
Sorry you had to wait so long. I know the site is trying out some new things so if there are bugs that could be why. I hope you never have to wait that long to find a listener again!
Hi @BrightWriterit seems that you have some constructive feedback regarding some of the updates on website. Please feel free to either submit them through Suggestion Box or through support ticket, option Website Feedback. Forum threads and posts tend to get lost easy and are not as visible so what weshare here can easily be missed by people who this feedback was designed for.
I believe the forum dump piece is gone, but I'm not sure if cancelling requests has been sorted (or perhaps it has for personal requests, but has not for the queue? I'm not sure). If these or other issues are still coming up, I definitely recomment dropping a note in the suggestion box!
