Listeners
I have had these.. Really bad experiences lately being on here.
When i started out, this place helped me out tremendously. I found a listener that loved what they did, and genuinely wanted to help me out.
That listener quickly got banned because they "didnt follow protocol" - despite the high ratings.
Every now and then i find myself in need to really talk to someone, especially during the late night hours when things just wont shut off on my mind.
But EVERY.SINGLE.TIME everyone is a robot, or when i try to use the group chat, i seem to be ignored.
Please help fix this.
Cause i dont want to give up on this site.
And as anyone with depression and anxiety knows, feeling misunderstood and alone only makes matters worse.

Hey, Ahhh gosh, I'm sorry to hear about your listener, i can hear you are upset about this, I assume you guys build up a pretty strong bond, and despite your other experiences here with listeners, I'm really pleased you are still here, still have faith in this community to find another equally good listener, so I'd like to thank you for sticking around 🙂
Have you tried browsing for listeners? Reading through their profiles and member reviews, I feel this is always a good indication as to how committed the listener is, and I'd always recommend you have several listeners from different parts of the globe to maximise your support levels over a 24 hour period.
