Lost my active Listener How do I recover our conversation?
I accidentally deleted my conversation with one of my active listeners it has hidden it i can't find it. We've bee. Talking for over a month now and I can't find him. Is there a way I can reach out to him I don't know his username.
I've been having some trouble with the app as well today its bee. Doubling my posts and comments on here as well it needs fixed
Hey @Leanna3333, if by "recover" you mean get the "messages" sent and recieved in the chat back, then I'm afraid this isn't possible, after the conversation is auto-removed or manually deleted.
However if you want to be able to message the listener again, you can find them in your progress page (given, they are still active in the site), under all the listeners you've talked to. I'm unsure if this thing exists in the app, but you can definitely try using the browser for it.
I hope you're able to find them again, or perhaps they be able to message you again!
Regarding the dual postings and errors in forums, I think it's a by-product of the forum updates hehe, hence the bugs being all scattered around, no worries still, if you accidentally make dual posts, you can "flag" them in the forums marking under "duplicate post", same if you come across someone else's dual posts in the community anytime also.

@Sunisshiningandsoareyou Only listeners have an Impact page. For members the page is called My Progress. I don't see it anywhere in the app. If you are able to find the listener's name from the website, then you can search for that name in the app.

You can also search for them by their usernames on browse listeners
I've been having trouble with the app too. Recently I got an error message so I tried to repost a couple more times and then I got on the computer and it posted the same thing three times even though the phone app said error. I hope they continue to make improvements on the app it's really difficult to maneuver around on it and to keep track of conversations... 😊
