May 16 - Noni Listener Checkins!
Yay, noni updates!
Here are Noni's new tricks:
------> From today, new listeners will start receiving checkin messages suggesting activities (like take a general request, post in forum, say hi in chat rooms etc) focused on helping them grow as a listener and find support in their journey
------> CBT modes for members (find these in Noni's menu - members only!)
------> change the name Noni calls you by typing /changeName into the chat window

Just to mess around, I asked her if she was a bot. She told me no of course.... and replied Im not done in bot school.
I figured if I dont reply she will leave me alone.

@Laura cool update, but the bot ned respones from the things we say, it needs to be udated for new things it can say in response
@dreamdavid - we are actively tracking questions that people ask Noni where she needs a reply (or a better reply) and writing them. @heather has even recruited some volunteers to help with that, I believe. Really good suggestion!

@bunnypants - lol, yes. i should have used the t-word.
basically questions the noni couldn't answer are logged, just the question, and then @heather (and now some volunteers, I think?) work on answers to those questions, most of which are about 7 Cups, and in some cases to respond with actionable items, such as if someone asks Noni "How do I find a listener" Noni can respond and offer connect now and browse listener buttons directly in chat.
