We love our Listeners!! You are rock stars and we thank you for all your time and dedication to making sure that every member feels supported and heard! In appreciation of all the incredible work you do, we have an exciting update and gift for you coming soon.
Listeners who have leaned into their experience on 7 Cups, taking advantage of all elements of our community and worked hard to create a comprehensive supportive environment for themselves and all the members on 7 Cups will have the option of unlocking these free paths. This includes all Basic, Series and Single Paths listed on the Personalized Growth Path page.
Listeners who have been with us on 7 Cups for at least three months, who have been active in the past six weeks and who meet the following requirements will be able to unlock the paths:
Additionally, for every month since you created your listener account on 7 Cups, you should be meeting the following requirements -
- 3 months+ old listener account
- Active in the last 3 months
- Verified listener badge
- Reconnection Hero 1 badge
- steadfast soul 3 badge
If you dont have a member account, we invite you to share the appreciation! Listeners who unlock these paths will have the choice to either unlock them for their own Member account or to ‘gift the paths to another deserving Member of their choice. Share the appreciation!

@Kate Awesome update! This is much appreciated. 
I'm a little confused. Do all listeners now have to meet all these requirements? It's not as if we can make people leave reviews....and I often talk to the same person for some time, really as long as they feel a need or want to talk. I don't always take on new chats each day as I don't want to be unfair and split my concentration. I don't do much in the chat rooms or group chats as I prefer 1-1 conversations.
I simply cannot wait!
