"Where are the Self Help Guides on the Listener side?"
Earlier this week, we rolled out an update to introduce the Academy Landing Page, which included an update to our Training Page.
In the My Path dropdown, the Academy has replaced the Self-Help Guides link, but the Self-Help Guides still exist!
The guides and trainings are together on the Training page for listeners.
You can still find the link of just the guides here: https://www.7cups.com/supportGuides/selfHelpGuides.php
The above link is the same one as the member side. So, when you are referring listeners or members to guides, you can use this same link!

@Heather225 but why have both links that lead to the same page, academy and training ?
@Heather225 its not useful, because we cant just find the guides ourselves with the menu and give the link to members , since the menu lead on https://www.7cups.com/listener/training.php#training which cant be shared. we would have to find the "member link", which we dont have direct access as a listener
@vivelespatates I was thinking something similar. @Heather225 is there anywhere to find the share-able self help guide link, without just happening to remember the link or going to this post? Maybe putting a little link at the bottom of the training page would be helpful! Especially for new listeners who won't ever see this post (or even just ones who miss it)

Yes! I will be seeing about getting the link added somewhere so listeners have it on-hand and know they can share it if the member doesn't already know about the guides on their dropdown. This is just an announcement meanwhile so folks who have been asking will know.

This was also the same link that was on the listener side too. It's shareable to both sides.
@Heather225 i think you didn't understand my statement. It will again be a link that i will have to find out in forums or ask to someone or put in my bookmarks, or know by heart if i want share with a member. Not useful and easy to find and share.
And you didn't answer my question why two times the same link in our menu (academi and training lead on the same page)

However, please allow me to give some feedback on something with the new update, which adds to @vivelespatates 's point earlier.
I don't think it is useful to have the "Academy" & "Training" links lead to pretty much the same thing.
Instead, the "Academy" page would be much more effective as access to THIS page straight away, for people to view the available options: https://www.7cups.com/academy/
I just think it makes so much more sense, rather than the current layout. Hope I'm making sense here.💖
