v2 MY SECRET FOR A GREAT SCHOOL WORK ROUTINE - do school work for a while then take a quick break like provided in this thread
(side note to forum mods: please delete earlier version due to editing issue)
Below is an example of how I take a quick break from school work.
It quickly "recharges my batteries" to feel better.
By having short reliably-fun breaks to look forward to, like above, I'm able to do a lot more school work each day.
The keys for me are, the break
has to get me completely up and moving away from sitting,
it has to be far from a device screen (to give my eyes a focus break),
it has to get school off my mind for a while, like a mini get-away,
it has to be good use of time (exercise, cooking, hobby break, etc. thinks I have to do anyway for health and life).
I have a "menu" of many different types breaks to pick from like above, some exercise, some even easy chores, which can be fun if gets me away from school work for a while if listening to music yet being productive.
Note, here I'm not talking about procrastinating. I'm just taking a stretegic productive break that happens to be relaxing and energizing. Then I get right back to my school work. Then repeat.
Please forgive any typos above.
