Created a Listener Account and Was Banned in 5 Minutes Flat
So I created a listener account because I wanted to help some people during this difficult times. Within 5 minutes I received 2 emails and then my account was deactivated. I only talked to 2 people. Even if I was bad, was I really that terrible?
Besides I was still listening to a user pouring their heart out. So I can't imagine someone giving me a bad rating is good grounds to ban a fresh account. You guys need to rethink your rules here. This is not helpful to anyone at all!

We have certain rules to keep both the listeners and members safe, and unfortunately maybe you didn't meet the requirements or did not follow the rules. It happens!

@ByeSnow i got banned from a counseling office (i was the client) because i told the counselor to listen before she said anything. I was nice, so i thought, she did not feel comfortable. I did not threaten her or anything. Now I no longer welcomed there.
