• Here's a little guide on how to put together a professional bio
• If you think a mentor may be helpful for you, you can find a list of Mentors here. Mentors can help you with chat scenarios, things you are struggling with in your listener journey, giving you resources etc. We also have Coaches available for a more short term basis. You can fill out this form if you're interested in a coach getting in touch with you
• The Active Listening Training Guide is really helpful for you to go through those active listening skills that you will be using in member chats
