Hello and welcome to 7 cups!! Ypur feelings of uncertainty about the app amd about communicating with others are completely reasonable. It can be unnerving to step out of our comfort zones when times are tough.
A great thing about this community is that nobody is ever forced to do or say anything they're not comfortable with.
As Kiara has already mentioned, you could start by taking part in some of the activities that pop up if they catch your interest. There were some really neat ones for halloween!! I'm pretty excited to see what's coming up for future holidays!
There are also some forums that are a lot lighter, which may act as a good starting point (kinda like this one) until you get more comfortable here! 😸
Whichever you chose, just know that you're never alone here at 7 cups, and there's always someone ready to llisten whenever you're ready.
