@Lulucares

That I care.

I like to help and bring comfort to others.

That I need to be the best version of myself before picking up a chat, because if not, it's easy to get triggered, annoyed and the smallest thing can just turn you off the chat!

Self reflection after every chat is key 💜💕

It has taught me that I can hold my ground and calm no matter the intensity of what the other person might be discussing. And this skill only strengthens over time the more you put it to practice. 😊

Most people say I’m a very caring person. Even when I don’t see myself caring. I’ve been living around the words of “lazy” and “selfish”

Listening has taught me to be patient with others. We don't usually understand the other person how they may be feeling unless they talk about it. Listening can be quite energy draining. But it is also important to take care of yourself. I have also learned that no one is perfect. We also have judgements about other people. What we see from the outside is very different from what we see from the inside. Thus, it is important to be non-judgemental and compassionate.
