The new listeners - new & confused - Most of us have been there - This may be useful!

    Hey new listeners, you have unlocked the first level in the Community Magic here by logging into this website.  :) Your first level unlocking includes kindness, best conversations and a little sprinkle of mischief. :)

   🌿 The first step we all might want to know here as a new listener would be the navigation of the website. This might be little overwhelming with too many options and resources at the start. If so, you are not alone. Most of us had the similar start here. All you have to do is, visit Listener Support Room (LSR) with your quick questions and someone will always mostly be there to answer quickly.

   🌿 The second step would be initiating a chat with members and taking care of yourself. If the first chat/first few chats are tough or confusing, then again you are not alone. That is totally normal. You can always reach out to Chat Support who will always be there to guide you on that. Somehow you managed the chat till the end but feeling drained then you may always reach out to Peer Support to talk about it. 

   Chat Support - They can be found in LSR and identified by their 'Chart Support' badge. If you don't find them there, the link is here to fill the request form, and they will contact you.

If you couldn't find anyone in both of the above ways, then here is the form to fill out and one of them would contact you.

  The third step, sometimes we might feel that some training or help from an experienced listener would help us improve the listening. There are training and academic programs for that. There is also program for receiving coaching from a mentor here. The training materials you can read anytime based on your time availability. The academic programs will be more of structured ones for which you have to enroll.

   🌿 The next thing would be joining some subcommunities. Subcommunities under different categories available here. It has its own forum and support. Some subcommunities have designated chat rooms. But not all have that. Some have pop up chat rooms. For example, there is listener Learning & Journey forum and there is one for newly joined. There are many other subcommunity for mental health, lifestyle, safety also. They all are under communities. You may join them anytime you wish.

   🌿 There is a master document with all the details above and much more. It may be little, long to read at a go. :)  Many of us go ahead based on the need basis with that document.
