How do you rate a listener
How do you rate a listener? I know at the end or in the middle of a one on one but what if you don't have an open conversation?
To leave a STAR Rating or WRITTEN Review on a Listeners profile, I believe you must have had a conversation with them. At some point during the conversation, youll get a pop-up prompting you to rate and review the listener. You can also click the little ‘Star icon button in the chat options. Hope this was helpful!

When I click on the chat there is no star to click at the top. One icon blocks listener, one enlarges or shrinks size of conversation, one erases it, and the other I forget but I never saw review.

After 30 messages, a star icon should pop-up. The 30 messages must be from both parties, so about 15 messages per person

So basically the fact that you don't have 15 messages your screwed. I sent 2 desperate pleas that I needed to report a serious negative encounter I had with a listener. Never received a message back. So no review for that! How convenient! Did I mention she's part of the head group of 7 cups????
@EnergySensitive In regards to negative comments, written reviews arent the best place to post them.
Usually, negative feedback would be sent to community@7cups.com and they would review the issue. However, you say that the listener in question is, Im guessing you mean, an Admin? Im not sure where youd go from here.

In addition to emailing the community, you can also flag their profile at their profile link on the website if it's an issue to do with their username, bio, or profile picture

You can encourage your members to leave a rating, review, or even a badge nomination on your profile after you complete a chat
