How to refer someone to another listener?

I was wondering how I can refer a member or a guest to another listener ... Can you please help .. Thanks :)

@turquoiseBeechwood You can browse available listeners and contact them, then if they're happy to take the member they can give you a link to their profile :)

You can also ask in the listener support chatroom to see if any listeners are available to pick up the chat. Give an explanation of the topic/chat in 5 words or less. :)
