Rewarding listener with a good review

Hello everyone,

not sure where to post this, so forgive me if that's not the right place.

So ...it happened to me to need support so i texted a listener that was not online but they cared to answer back, to check on me and tried to fix a time for a chat along days.

Their polite words and care have been amazing also if for personal issues i was not able to organize a chat with them, they made me feel welcomed with care.

For that reason i wrote a good review months ago and it has never been displayed.

That sounds like too unfair to let it go unnoticed.

If someone knows how I can fix it please let me know.
