So L=Listener and M=Member?

I assume this is correct, but one of the people I'm chatting with (as a listener) also has 'L' after their screen name. Can anyone clear this up for me please? Thanks all 😊

@HappyBlossom85 That would mean that they are a listener! You are able to talk 1-on-1 with other listeners too, but not for giving or receiving support on personal issues

Perhaps it's worth adding that listeners are definitely encouraged to seek support for personal issues, but they should switch to a member account for that. Every listener is entitled to have two accounts—one with an L and one with an M.
