Listeners need support too....

Just a quick reminder, as a listener on 7cups sometimes we need emotional support ourselves from time to time. And that is ok because that is recognizing we need a little self-care.

So just remember, while you are supporting others, we as listeners can also continue to access support here too.

The only thing you have to remember is to be sure to switch from your listener account and log into your member account before chatting about your personal experiences.
