Hey I am Abigail
Hello, my name is Abigail. I am a struggling teenager. I have severe depression and toxic people all around me. I'm not sure what to do. I don't have a man adding to my troubles, which could or could not help. I'm not quite sure. I also would like a listener to help with depression, as I have not had one yet.

Welcome to 7 Cups! I'm so sorry that you're having a hard time right now. I've interacted with a lot of great people since I started on here in November and I think that you will be able to find a listener that you can trust. Things feel be really tough right now but you are making a huge step by asking to talk. I hope that you're able to find some strength to get through those hard days.
