My listener account isn't working?

I can't find a listener group chat, I remember there used to be one. My profile doesn't have a 'settings' option. I can only log in and out. I am also unable to use the forums as it tells me I have to be a member. Why is this?

@unassumingTurtle3567 - it sounds like you're not logged in? are you able to log in to your listener account?
