There are various resources that you can make use of to improve such as the training, connecting with a member and through the experience you gain through taking on chats :) I also recommend that you make use of the Listener Support Room when you require peer support after having a difficult chat with a member, or when you want to connect with a mentor who can guide you through a chat you feel stuck with :)
