Re age and any other details, this is down to the listeners choice. As cups is an anonymous and confidential support and many listeners have been through their own tough times, they may not want to. I've had some excellent Listeners, but I've also found that the chatrooms are another good place to find encouragement and support. Give the chatrooms a try. I hope you find the support that you need!
