Lost my husband when we were both 33 ..to cancer. Then I lost my momma. Last year before Christmas my house burned down and I lost everything I loved. Now anxiety runs my life. Im always afraid now.. always afraid my new house will start on fire or something bad will happen and I cant afford therapy.

@SoulfullyAButterfly Hello! I keep forgetting my username on here, haha. I'm honestHuman9764. Just diagnosed ADHD inattentive and generalized anxiety last year, but it explains so much of my life even from childhood. I'm a parent of 2 littles, one of whom also has ADHD. I suspect he is autistic as well (lower support needs). Started therapy (outside this platform) for the first time in my life this year. My main challenges relate to executive functioning (planning, prioritizing, getting stuff done, procrastination, time management), distractibility, emotional regulation, rejection sensitivity dysphoria, negative self-talk, and shame. I'm working on developing self-compassion and reframing the negative thoughts I have about myself.

I am wandamx26. I came here to work on my anxiety because I have been experiencing a lot of that recently. Things have been tough for me lately, I quit my last job looking for a new one but still have no luck.
I am 16, I am Mexican but speak zero Spanish. I also like to practice Judaism in my free time and abide by all Jewish laws,including but not limited to: not eating swine, and not mixing meat and dairy. When I was 14 I read whole the Torah.
