How do i stop binge eatting? Ive cut it down to once a week. I exercise 5-6 times a week and eat pretty healthy but still feel i need that once a week binge not recording what ive ate at all during it
Can you be thin and have a binge eating disorder?
Is it possible to have a binge eating disorder but still be skinny?
