[Listeners] Farewell/Taking a Break/Returning Thread: Send Your Regards

Below excerpt taken and modified from the original thread: Some Listeners decide, at one point or another, to take a break or in special cases to leave the site as a Listener. During their time here they may have made connections with others in the community and sometimes people aren't aware that they have left or are misinformed and thus never get the opportunity to sent their warm wishes. Thus, this thread is meant for Listeners to inform the community that they are leaving or taking a break and leave their appropriate comments for others to read. Moreover, returning Listeners can post here as well to inform the community that they are active again. Returning to 7 Cups after a break? ...See more I feel so overwhelmed. I hate my life and the little I've done with it. My mother absolutely hates my current relationship, holds so much against me that I know I've done wrong and is making my life *** in the process but I also feel immense guilt because a lot of what she says is true. My girlfriend is ready to leave me after 7 months but I'm still absolutely in love with her. My family is completely dysfunctional and unhealthy and I don't see any signs of me being able to live a healthy, happy life. I've hated my life for years and I feel it'll be that way forever.

...See more Seems like for the last few years I've been in search of true happiness, failing to realize that happiness starts within. It's been very hard to grasp that emotion and pull it towards me and never let it go. I'm physically and mentally exhausted, pushing through life with a fake smile 😃 it's getting harder to mask my true emotions. I'll survive, because I have no choice. Happy Thursday

For us members those reasons are almost always bad to horrible--the more you read in the forums & the more you hang out in the chat rooms, the more you know this truth. I am no exception. I got to thinking about it, & came to the following: Are you here because you decided to join 7Cups, or are you here because your problems brought you here? That is, did you make a choice or was it your fate to wind up on the site? Is human agency real or is it an illusion held by bipedal organisms influenced by environment & heredity? I lean toward the 2nd answer, even though it feels like we make our own decisions. What do you think? Please explain your answer as best you can.

Then I guess this corner isn't for you to read 🤷‍♀️✨ Yes you can bookmark the thread if you know me but if you don't then please dont unless you want to be my friend then sure message Vent zone                         TW//// Crying my eyes out so hard to the point my eyes are burning, im tired of dealing with all this, I'm drained and I feel like I'm loosing everyone. People find out I'm schizophrenic and walk out my life or they find I'm just a worthless annoying idiot that has no friends 💔  I want to cancel my feelings, wish I could make it my own personal law :/ No feelings = I be okay No feelings = no one has to deal with me I want to go back to when things felt a little okay. If I never talk or talk to anyone then I can't say anything to upset people, seems even just a hi manages to upset people in my life :/ been tryna keep my thoughts to a safe ish mindset but slowly the bad thoughts are coming back :/  I just don't want to do anything anymore, I wanna stay in my bed and not talk to anyone. I know that sounds mean but I can't deal with all this. First day back at school today and it was awful, I got screamed at 😭 First day back and I'm already drained and don't want to go back. This *** hurts and lately I don't trust anyone, even the people that I'm ment to. Maybe that's my head saying it but I really don't trust anyone. I don't want to hurt people  Yet even just opening up about the *** in my life is clearly wrong :( what am I ment to do anymore. Probably just end up cutting everyone off yet I feel alone at the same time The other day I had panic attack, the night mares are back and my whole world is caving in. I just want to scream "I'm fine, I'm fine, I'm fine" :/ sigh 😞 maybe people would be better off and happy if they never met me I'm so so so exhausted, I relapsed tonight, like 30mins ago. But it didn't help, *** still hurts :(
