Things you can do to build self esteem.
Write down on a notebook or piece of paper all the things you can think of that you do or would like to do to build self esteem. Here are Examples if you are drawing a blank:
A: Eating three meals a day that are focused on healthy foods with fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as adequate protein
B: Avoiding foods that contain large amounts of sugar, caffeine and food additives. If you can’t pronounce the ingredients, you may want to avoid it.
C: Getting outside and exercising every day.
