for me, the adhd meds that i took mostly affected my heart rate, appetite, and sleep schedule. when i took adhd meds, my heart rate felt very irregular. even when i was sitting, it felt like it was racing very quickly. second is appetite. a lot of adhd meds surpress your appetite, so you don't eat as much as you normally do. this can cause weight loss and some moodiness. lastly, your sleep schedule can be altered. when i took my med, i found myself being incredibly tired all of the time, even after getting 10 hours of sleep.
