If you drink everyday, if you feel anxious when you don't have a drink, if you have physical withdrawal symptoms such as a sick feeling, sweating, throwing up, depression etc. When you go without drinking. I think if you're worried about it enough to post on here you probably are drinking a little too much. Maybe it's a good idea to start cutting back. And if you feel you can't do it by yourself ask a friend or family member to help you. You would be surprised how many people would be willing you to help you. I hope this helps you.

In my experience, I knew when it became like water to me or my morning cup of coffee. But I had to hide it. It was craved first thing in the morning and the last thing on my mind at night. I got little enjoyment out of the things I previously loved doing and relied solely on alcohol to fill the void. It really hit me when I chose to spend the last bit of money I had from working towards a car on alcohol and I realized I had to tell someone. You know your addicted when it pains you to tell the ones you love and admit to it.
