That can happen! Sometimes when emotions come over you so fast and heavy you don't really know what to do or how to feel.

Yes it is normal, this happens to me when something really upsetting happens, for example when my parents split up. When I found out I just sat there, I didn't cry, I just started breathing really hard and then it became harder to breath and the pain was horrible. But I had wonderful people by my side that helped me through it. Got me to start breathing normally again.

Yes, it is normal. Every person in their life has such a moment at some point of time. The main question is whether you want to keep this within yourself or talk to anyone about it? Have a small talk with your family or friends or even with a person on 7cupsoftea. I don't know how you feel right now but I am sure that if you talk about it with someone they will be able to help. :)

After being depressed for a while you can end up feeling numb and that's quite natural because the emotions have been so overwhelming for quite some time.

Yeah those things can happen. Everyone deals with different things in their life and how they react to certain things. I know I haven't really felt that, but I wouldn't be surprised if someone else has. But those things happen and you will be okay, the hurt will eventually pass.

I have experienced this myself, and I know many others who have experienced this too. You are not alone.

Emotions can cause you to cry. And yes there is nothing wrong with that. I suggest if you feel like crying to do this as it can help ease stress. I also suggest seeking support in some way if stress over whelms you. Perhaps your doctor is a good point to begin with this

I think that it is very normal and experiencing pain and hurt can come in many different mediums. Sometimes crying comes naturally first and other times it seems to take longer to process the experience. Either way I think they are all genuine ways of processing a situation . Sometimes it just takes longer to understand a situation and take a good look at how we feel about it, just because there are not tears doesn't mean that you are not hurting.

It is completely normal to experience this, sometimes all you can do is focus on the pain that you're going through. Sometimes no amount of tears, or heavy breaths can express how much pain you're in.

Yes, it is definetely normal to feel like that. All people deal with pain, loss, or sadness in totally different ways, and not being able to cry doesn't mean you aren't feeling a lot of pain.

This is normal and a natural way that our bodies defend ourselves when we are unable to cope with the pain we are experiencing. Writing can help with this.

Sometimes yes... But one thing that can help is to focus on your breath and continue on your thoughts, gradually it will clear your mind for good... But focusing on your breath is very important

Yes, that is a very normal experience to have when you are depressed. Sometimes it feels like you want to cry, and you know crying might help, but the tears just won't come.
