Flu can't cause Anxiety . Infact Anxiety can trigger flu like symptoms. Don't be worried anxiety will not lead to Viral influenza infection. A viral infection will not trigger new case of anxiety But can trigger or intensify the anxiety if you have Pre-existing Anxiety disorder. Coz anxiety flares up when you are sick . One can feed the other forming Anxiety-flu /Flu-Anxiety cycle . Luckily you can use classic flu hacks like load yourself with soups and take a lot of rest. Exercise and yoga helps a lot to make you calm and make you feel less sick

Yes, It very well can trigger anxiety attacks because we are stressed to the max right about now due to Covid-19. Truth is the body is stressed on a whole new level because we are going though a pandemic and flu season and cough and cold season which is so much wear and tear on the body. Often times cause of the quick change of the whether. Also it is allergy season as well so we should take extra care specially during this time of the year. To help fend off stress we should do relaxing techniques and do our breathing exercises as much as possible. Exercising is also helpful.
