There’s is two possible answers for that question, one of them is related with anxiety. The major thing to do is seek medical help the other possible answer is that you may have some issue in you nervous sistem that’s also need professional help. But if you don’t want to go to a doctor the best thing to do is relax, make a cup of tea, read a book or watch a movie and try to distract yourself try to live the moment! That may help you

Take a breath and relax , try to reach out to someone who can listen and help you through or try to focus your mind on something other than your anxiety

Sometimes, when i come under stressful situations, where i might not feel comfortable, then my hands will shake. But i feel that to take deep breaths and realize that i shouldnt worry about things as much as i do helps a lot. Remember you are you, and everbody comes into times which they struggle in, but they always got through. So breath if you start to shake, count to ten, and repeat.

Take a deep breath and try to relax. Shaking hands might be a signal of anxiety or maybe you're just nervous. So what I said, take a deep breath and try to think about something nice or talk to someone about nice things 😄

Drink water, check your medicine levels especially if on Lithium, hold your hands together, do something hands on or use a stress ball to strengthen your hands.

For me, to stop shaking hands, I go somewhere quiet and calm and just breathe for a while. I take deep breaths in for 4 seconds and out for 8.

Try a breathing exercise. 7 cups has one available for you. It helps in my experience. Don't be afraid to use it in times of trouble.

Try out some mediation techniques focusing on calming your self down. A good technique is the 4-7-8 method. Inhale for 4 seconds, hold your breath for 7, exhale for 8. Repeat until you feel calm. If this doesn't help, please reach out to a specialist.

Calm yourself down. Take a deep breath in for 7 seconds, hold it for about 4 seconds, then exhale for 8 seconds. Repeat that until you feel calm. Collect your thoughts, maybe try mediating, clear your mind from all the stress you may be going through.

Calming yourself down as well as sitting down and taking deep breaths in and out can help. You should try and stay calm as much as possible.

If caffeine, alcohol, or other stimulants affect your tremor, consider removing them from your diet. If your tremor is a side effect of medication, speak with your doctor about your options. If your shaky hands are caused by essential tremor, there is no cure

There is a calming exercise you can do, sit straight, relax all of your muscles and breathe in through your mouth into your stomach, then hold it there for about 3-5 seconds. Then slowly breathe out for 3 seconds. Do that over and over again and hopefully you will stop shaking.

Whenever I experience an excessive amount of shaking I close my eyes, take deep breaths in through my nose and out through my mouth, and hold my hands into a fist position for 10 seconds.

I would suggest taking a moment to breath and relax. If this doesn't help try holding an object in your hand.

Well, I have Tourette’s syndrome so I do that a lot. I usually do push ups to tire my hands, or overcome the mental side of the shaking, or what causes the shaking (for me usually anxisouness that causes them)

if they shake a lot and you have trouble doing your daily chores, then you should get a doctors help for there could be many reasons for this condition but if youre just nervous then i guess you should relax

Firstly, place your hands on a surface. This could be a table, your legs or even the wall. Next, try and place both feet on the ground. This should help you feel grounded. You can imagine roots growing from your feet into the ground. Next, focus on your breathing. Acknowledge other thoughts into your head but let them pass by and concentrate on your breathing again. Breathe in through the nose slowly for about 7 seconds, hold for 3 seconds, and release as much air as you can from your lungs slowly. Repeat this until you feel calmer. Closing your eyes can help too. If you are unable to do this breathing technique due to the situation you are in then I find holding my own hand either behind my own back or in a clasping motion helps a lot.

Deep breaths, and deep exhales have always worked for me. If those don't work, you can try squeezing a stress ball, which can help with the shaking.

I personally like to play with a fidget toy to make sure the energy in my hands is actually focusing on something! :)

Shaking hands is usually a sign of anxiety or other illnesses. If the cause is anxiety, there are a lot of ways you can get rid of it, like calming yourself, relaxing, mindfulness (there's a lot of mindfulness here in 7 cups), meditating, light exercises, and a lot of other things.

I practice 4×4 breathing. Close your eyes, lay your palms down on the bed or couch next to you, breathe in for 4 seconds, hold it for 4 seconds, then exhale for 4 seconds. I do them in sets of 4 and as I'm able I increase the exhale time.

Control you breathing. Take a deep breath, hold it for 2 seconds, and slowly release it. Your hands will begin shaking less and after a few minutes will stop shaking.

Drink lots of water, take deep breaths, try to stay as calm as possible, do things to distract you or talk with a person who you feel safe around whether that's on the phone via text or face-to-face.

Take some deep breaths 123 in 123 out for as long as you need to. This will help calm you down, if this is something that constantly and consistently occurs and is interrupting your life you should visit a doctor or therapist to help you with the feelings that could be causing the shaking. Could you tell me what you are feeling and possibly why they started shaking, by doing this, we can work backwards hopefully making you feel safe and calm. I’m here to listen, I can’t give advice, although I can listen to what you have to say.
