That is incredibly difficult and I am so sorry that you are dealing with that. I would try looking for online resources that are available from your phone. What works best for me might not for you, but I used these guided meditations to try to calm me down: https://www.7cups.com/exercises/mindfulness1/. Also, I would reach out to a listener and see if that helps. There is also online therapy through 7cups to try to help you manage your panic attacks. You know what works best for you. Whether that means trying to be honest with your host family, or just opening up to your family and ask for help, no one knows the situation better than yourself. But we, at 7cups, are always here for you!
