Breath. Everything will be okay. Use your five senses to focus on your surroundings. Identify what you can smell. Look around at all the things. Can you taste anything? Touch things close to you. Identify what you can hear. You are right where you are. You are real.
Drop the past each moment that is coming and you'd be able to live in the present , same applies for future .

Take a deep breath and try to keep your mind at ease. To me living in the moment is letting yourself and your worries go. While it's hard, you have to find a way to disconnect from everything that's holding you back just long enough for you to live in the moment and truly immerse yourself in it.

Concern your self with those things you can impact. The rest will happen with or without your stress. Live each day like it's your last. This is living in the moment.
