How do I stop my anxiety every time I make a mistake ? I don't want my family to worry about me and say that I'm going to make myself ill becuase I can't control the overthinking

You can get through this! You’ve already don’t the bravest step in reaching out! There are a few ways to cope with anxiety including diaphragmatic breathing, and counting things around the room. Next time you go to the doctors mention your extreme anxiety, or even go to the school nurse. There are people (including us listeners) that are solely there to listen and help you. When you start over thinking try the breathing technique. You breath in through your nose making your stomach expand and move out and exhale slowly through your mouth until your air is gone, repeat this four times and there is a trigger that initiated a part of your brain where rational thinking and calmness is located. If things escalate have a friend stay with you to help you talk through the attack, make a plan to help you focus on the future. You can even go to a group chat, or listnef if you would like. It is important to remember that you are an amazing human who belongs right where you are. We are always here for you if you even need us!!
I know how you feel. I myself suffer from mental illness. If someone doesn't understand our illness they won't get the true feeling how we feel. t is not easy at all. To explain our feelings. Its scary and upsetting when your mind just won't be quiet. And you can not please everyone. We all would like to do that. But we have to focus on ourselves to become stronger and prove to others we got this. Im sure they are proud of you. They just don't understand you. But I can try to help. Its not easy. But we can get thru this together
