Hey there! I'm glad you reached out! I deal with nervous shaking as well and over the years, I've found that deep breaths and trying my best to accept the shaking, rather than fighting against it has helped. Accepting the anxiety without fighting against it is usually what works for me and is an Acceptance Commitment therapy technique. You can learn more in the 7cups guide here: https://www.7cups.com/act-therapy-techniques/
Here's another guide with relaxation techniques as well: https://www.7cups.com/anxiety-help/lesson5.html
Is there anything in particular that triggers the nervous shaking?
I hope this helps! Feel free to message me if you need anything â¤ï¸
