I'm not a professional, but I think to help the sweating, the easiest thing to do would to try and calm yourself down. There are many techniques such as controlling your breathing, which actually stops the sweating. There are apps that can help do this. If this does not help, I would speak to a doctor.
I am assuming that this is due to anxiety or worries. One way to reduce sweating, is to slowly take deep breaths and focus on something that makes you feel calm, and relaxed.
